Wonderful Queens College Oxford Library

The college will not be complete without a good, comfortable and complete library. This building will be completed with building that has good facilities correlated to the library. The new building will be built underground and sits underneath the College’s Provost’s Garden with links to the old Library. The building has education concept and modern appearance. This building will has complete facilities correlated to the library. The library will provide a new home for the College’s historic collections and have additional open access and reserve collections and double the number of reader spaces. It will make the visitors easy and comfortable to read and borrow the books. The room is also comfortable for studying and doing library research. A sloping roof light allows the reader space to be lit naturally and gives magnificent views up to the west elevation of the old library. The lights are very bright so that it will make the room bright and enjoyable for education activities. Planning approval was granted last week and it is hoped that the building will go on site at the end of next year. It will be glorious building and multifunction for education.
