The River Road House in Sewalls Point Florida by Hughes Umbanhowar Architects

To enjoy the morning and sunrise, it has been built the luxurious house in the small residential community of Sewall’s Point. This house is completed with Mahogany framed windows. This house is very enjoyable since the light of sunrise can enter the house through its windows. The house comprises a series of distinct, yet interlocking rectilinear volumes conjoined by a transparent longitudinal axis. Positive volumes are balanced atop negative creating a heightened tension and intrigue. In the back of house, there is a swimming pool that can be used for swimming at noon. Beside the swimming pool there are some chair that can be used for sunbathing when in the summer. From the window, you can see the scenery out side or you can see your family swimming in the pool. The gracious interior is highlighted by the use of Mahogany, Minnesota Limestone, and plaster finishes. Afternoon sun is mitigated by aluminum louvers and astute structural arrangement. All the interiors make this house more beautiful. In the afternoon you see the beauty of the sunset in the west. The light of sunset will make the room more amazing sine the light can enter the room through the windows.
