The 114 apartments at the Royal Racetrack are part of a larger development of the site surrounding the Racetrack, where Kinepolis and the Wellington golf clubhouse also created a multitude of activities. Fifth Avenue Apartment Interior Design

This four-bedroom rental apartment renovation was commissioned by a contemporary art and furniture collector. The more-public areas are organized around the collection. Vinyl flooring in several colors was created with large white circles to “spotlight” particular pieces. The entrance is monochrome with a custom designed wallpaper.
