It blocks the energy coming from the sea; the whole town becomes asphyxiated. But the worst is that it completely changes and hides the skyline of the town, which is an old architecture. The building is too high, and will hide the view to the sea for people living in the buildings behind. Not fair, as these people have paid their appartements a very high price because of the view. This project with a Congress Center and expensive real estate will only benefit a few; many people think it's a very unfair project. There by the sea, they should build something that all citizens in town could have the use of. I think the architects who worked on this project had no consideration for the environment.
