Although this house is not too big, it is perfect for the new couple. The location of this house is full of plants like grass and colorful flowers. The lot was very challenging just over 2000 sft with a access easement covering a portion of the southwest corner. This house has wonderful view and environment. This created a situation where the building footprint covered the majority of the yard, so it was essential to capture outdoor space on the structure. This house has two floor and the rooms in this house are complete enough. This house was designed with the concept of simplicity and modern. It will be comfortable to stay in this house for new couple or young family.
