This project is unfortunately not very harmonious on a Feng Shui point of view. It blocks the energy coming from the sea; the whole town becomes asphyxiated. But the worst is that it completely changes and hides the skyline of the town, which is an old architecture.

The building is too high, and will hide the view to the sea for people living in the buildings behind. Not fair, as these people have paid their appartements a very high price because of the view.

This project with a Congress Center and expensive real estate will only benefit a few; many people think it’s a very unfair project. There by the sea, they should build something that all citizens in town could have the use of.

I think the architects who worked on this project had no consideration for the environment. They only focused on designing the building.

Hopefully the Swedish Government will put a stop to it.

i think the use of environmental features represented in the nodes that were distributed along the road (water,sun,air,Earth)was very clever and created.
We can call it an ( eco friendly ) project because it dealt with nature, energy consumption and stuff like that, which is a successful project indeed but it has some few problems like it will be more traffic there and its not economical because it seems like its too expensive and its for public so its free to use.
