This building is multifunction building that can be used for marine activities. It is combined conference center and marine science laboratory facility. All researches correlated to the marine will be facilitated and made ease in this building. This building is designed with the concept of marine activities center. It has wide space, huge building and completed facilities. The structure of a scallop shell became the inspiration for the form of the entry and main reception areas. The hall of this building is very wide and representative for conference activities. The form of the building is based on the idea of sea animal; shell. The geometry of the scallop shell was also used in the planning, spatial expression, and lighting of the reception area. The lights of this place are very bright that make it possible to do research in the night. Pendant lights hang from the ceiling like pearls or marine creatures suspended in water, their glow illuminating the underside of the scalloped roof at night. It makes the building looks so amazing. Surrounding with natural environment, this building is very comfortable and suitable for all researches of marine life.
