This house gives the different feeling for the occupants with the luxury and amazing view since this house has pool in front it. The design of this house is based on the modern concept and this house is completed with colorful lamps and beautiful interiors. The building replaced a small older style single level house and had to be skillfully designed to adhere to local approving authority’s view sharing policy and ensure minimal view loss to the neighbors behind. This house has two floors. In the first floor you can find wide living room and in the second floor you can find bed rooms. The house is concealed behind a timber battened garage door and entry gate to the street but then reveals itself as one enters the site and moves through the landscaped garden from the front gate to the front door. The garage of this house is very wide, you can keeps two car in this garage. This house has hedges around it to make this house safer from the burglars. The interior finishes incorporate American Oak timber floors to the living area, Grey Limestone honed stone floors to the circulation areas. This house for all is very luxurious.
