Wonderful view when seeing this house make everyone feels impressed. This house is designed with the concept of futuristic and elegant that is suitable built in all condition. The building aesthetic is intended to be a simple and functional solution that responds to the semi-desert climate, the project’s budget and the waterfront context. With the combination from many materials, this house can minimize the cost to build it but the quality is always number one in its class. This house is divided into two floors and some wide rooms inside. Living spaces such as the living room, dining room and kitchen are located on the main floor, offering easy access to the lake. The bed rooms are located in the second floor which gives wonderful view when taking a rest in the night. The high water table makes it ideal to incorporate a ground-source heat pump and radiant floor heating. The interiors and exteriors give different values that effect to the comfort. It will be very comfortable to live in such this house.
