Amazing Building of Albania’s Parliament

Featuring an imposing building concept of the parliament of Albania, The building is located in the area of ​​ the site with approximately 28,000 m², will be the first project in Albania for the Vienna-based studio. This shows progress and a strong democracy in the country. The design combines the fundamental democratic values ​ ​such as openness, transparency and public co-determination. Simultaneity competing political concept in a democratic society is translated into the design concept: different building elements do not oppose, but to live side by side in a building ensemble with a contemporary aesthetic that allows visualizing the new functions and meanings.
