Amazing Architect from Burkina Faso Awarded UWM’s Marcus Prize  - classroom desing

This building is for many purposes in the rural area but the main purpose of this building is for simple school. This is suitable for elementary school in the rural area that is far from the city. The design of this building is based on the concept of construction techniques to take advantage of passive ventilation strategies and local resources. This building has good ventilation so that this building does not need air conditioner and the windows will let the wind enter the room freely. The materials of the wall are from the local bricks so that it does not need much money. The color of the wall is pure from the materials. The doors of this building are from the wood and floor is also from the local brick but the brick for the floor is softer. This building has high roof that is made from iron sheeting. The poles of this building are framed from the steel but they are covered by bricks. To build this building is not too expensive but it will be more enough for rural area.
